$17.00/hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-12:00 PM | 20 Hours Per Week | In-Office Looking for the Perfect Morning Schedule? Want a consistent part-time position that leaves your afternoons and weekends free ? Williams Plumbing & Drain Service is looking for a dependable, energetic Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM — with no evenings and no weekends! This is an important morning position. Our mornings are busy, our phones are active, and we need someone who can jump in, take great care of our customers, and help turn incoming calls into booked appointments. What You'll Do As a CSR, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they need help. Your communication and customer service directly impact the experience they have with our company.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering inbound customer calls with professionalism, confidence, and empathy Booking plumbing and drain service appointments Making outbound calls to support scheduling and customer follow-up Following proven call scripts while keeping conversations natural and personable Accurately entering and documenting customer information Communicating clearly with our dispatch team throughout the morning Helping ensure customers receive a five-star experience from their very first interaction Participating in training and coaching to continually improve your skills and results You May Be a

However, we're willing to train the right person who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
