We are looking for a rock-star Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming smile, the reassuring voice and the organizational glue that keeps our front desk humming! The Ultimate Greeter:
Welcoming clients and their pets at check-in.
The Info Guru:
Answering client questions, scheduling appointments and providing clear pre-op and post-op instructions. Ensuring the clinic is ready for the next surgery day.
The reassuring voice:
Calming nervous pet parents and letting them know their furbabies are in the absolute best hands. Who you are (Our perfect Match) You love animals. You have a knack for making people feel comfortable.
