Candidates must have customer service and/or sales experience in professional office or in a retail setting. Need to have the ability to work in a team environment, and an excellent professional telephone presence. Must be able to pass state insurance license exam in a window of time after starting and meet continuing education requirements (We will help you with this).

Salary Range:

Bilingual:

English and Spanish is highly preferred Previous insurance, real estate, hospitality or banking industry experience highly preferred. Responsibilities Handle all incoming calls from clients and potential customers. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls. Schedule appointments for Agent to meet prospective customers.
