SALARY:
$19.50/hr.LOCATION
Beaverton, ORSCHEDULE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle inbound member calls and emails, including complex customer service inquiries.Resolve account, billing, coverage, and general service questions accurately.
Update member information and records across multiple systems.
Protect sensitive information while providing professional, responsive service.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills with accurate typing speed of 20+ WPM.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
