No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Onboard new customers Cross-Sell existing clients that don't have all lines with us Process customer policy change requests. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Document each customer contact in our CRM. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Work independently and as part of a team.
