Support customer acquisition initiatives and contribute to daily sales and performance objectives. Build strong customer relationships with coaching through friendly communication, attentive service, and consistent follow-through. Training to maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and required documentation in an organized manner. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support campaign objectives, strengthen team performance, and deliver positive customer experiences. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with customers in a direct, face-to-face environment. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Reliable, organized, and motivated to achieve goals.
