Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, handling incoming calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working with scheduling software and phone systems. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently Schedule service calls, maintenance appointments, and estimates Dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and availability Communicate updates and arrival times to customers Maintain accurate customer records and job notes Coordinate with technicians and management throughout the day Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy Assist with invoicing, payment collection, and basic office tasks as needed Monitor daily schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous customer service or dispatch experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience On the job training Supportive team environment Paid time off and holidays Benefits package available Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday (with occasional overtime or rotating on-call support if applicable) How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief introduction to mhorn@scottsac.com or apply in person at Scott's Heating & Air Conditioning.
