Responsibilities:

• Establishing and fostering customer relationships.
• Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer care, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes and claim submissions.
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:
• Property & Casualty License is required.
• Life and Health License is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours:

Full time Monday - Friday.

Pay Rate:

$21 to $23/hr DOE plus uncapped commissions
