Full-time, Monday-Friday About Oregon Lithoprint Oregon Lithoprint is a fourth-generation, local, family-owned printing company that has been a staple of the McMinnville community for over 100 years. We are a tight-knit team "borderline-obsessed with quality," specializing in everything from large-run directories and magazines to small-town art publications. Our mission is to provide high-quality graphic solutions with pride, purpose, and passion. The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Job Production Management and Client Services office. This is more than just a desk job; it is a foundational role in our core operations with opportunity for promotion for the right candidate. You will be at the heart of our production workflow, ensuring our clients' visions are perfectly translated into high-quality printed products.
Key Responsibilities Project Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of print projects from initial job submission to final delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Client Services:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing advice, status updates, and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Workflow Coordination:
Create work orders to include necessary materials and processes, and route jobs to the appropriate production units.
Quality Control:
Review proofs and final products to ensure compliance with job specifications and our production quality standards.
Problem Solving:
Proactively address production challenges and client concerns with sound and effective solutions utilizing team expertise and input
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Professional experience in project workflow management and client services is required.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the print industry is preferred but not required —we are willing to train the right person who has strong project management fundamentals.
Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn job-ticketing and document management systems. Why Join Us?
