Job Description

Boutique Air, an FAA-certified air carrier offering scheduled and charter services, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and personable, providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include checking in passengers, managing rental cars, answering customer phone calls, and shuttling passengers to different airports, such as Pasco and La Grande, during delays or cancellations. Boutique Air offers flight benefits, including free and discounted flights for employees and their families, as well as an employee discount on company flights. This is a set schedule, Monday through Wednesday. The hours are 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
