Body Shop Customer Service Rep Pay:
Starting at $19.00 and up depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Why Join Our Team? You'll work behind the scenes to support customers and the team while gaining valuable experience in the automotive industry. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process Answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and provide updates Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing repair orders Communicate repair status, timelines, and completion details to customers Coordinate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and other departments Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Process paperwork, documentation, and other administrative tasks Assist with insurance and repair-related documentation Review invoices and repair orders for accuracy Collect customer payments and assist with final paperwork What You'll Bring Previous automotive, body shop, insurance, or administrative experience is required Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional and friendly demeanor when working with customers Strong computer and administrative skills Comfortable communicating with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
