! Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team! A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor (but not limited to): Greet customers and assist them with their service needs and questions Obtain and update necessary vehicle and customer data Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to set up the technician to properly diagnose the vehicle and repairs Establish a timeline of repair and keep the customer up to date on progress. Communicate with the customer via telephone, email, and/or text message. Disclose additional work needed or recommended services and obtain customer signature for those repairs Advise customer about the value of car maintenance and review future recommended services Build relationship and rapport with the customer to maintain CSI rating Schedule future maintenance appointments Qualifications include but are not limited to: 10+ Years experience as a service advisor, dealership experience preferred Ability to communicate with customers and manage other tasks independently Personable and friendly personality HS Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver's License General knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferred Reynolds and Reynolds or xTime experience is a plus Blaise Alexander offers its full-time employees and their family benefits packages and all the tools you will need to be successful.
