part-time Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success Advisor (CSA) Support Specialist to support our Customer Success team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This role is responsible for assisting CSAs and Operations with completing reporting, data validation, customer outreach, equipment coordination, installation support, and administrative tasks that contribute to successful customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

We are looking for candidates who are local to Kennett Square, PA, ideally within a 5-15 mile radius.

Position Type:

Part-time Key Responsibilities Customer Success Operations Support Compile, prepare, and distribute customer success reports. Assist CSAs with account research, documentation, and customer follow-up activities. Validate customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain customer records, reports, and CRM systems with a high level of accuracy. Customer Communication & Outreach Contact customers regarding equipment issues, service concerns, installation scheduling, and follow-up requests. Serve as a point of contact for routine customer inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalation. Document all customer interactions and update relevant systems accordingly. Assist in coordinating customer communications related to service updates, equipment replacements, and operational changes. Installation & Equipment Support Coordinate and support customer equipment installations. Monitor installation progress and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Track equipment-related issues and assist with resolution efforts. Help ensure customers receive appropriate guidance and support throughout the installation process. Reporting & Data Management Generate recurring reports for Customer Success Advisors and leadership teams. Validate system data and perform quality assurance checks. Analyze trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer activities, installation statuses, and equipment inventories. Administrative Support Assist with process documentation and operational improvements. Prepare meeting materials, customer summaries, and status updates. Support special projects as assigned by Customer Success leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience working with CRM platforms and reporting tools. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Experience supporting Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Operations teams. Experience coordinating equipment installations, logistics, or field services. Knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools. Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems.
