H&G Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable skills in customer engagement, sales, and business development. As an Entry Level Customer Representative, you will be responsible for creating positive customer interactions, introducing homeowners to innovative home improvement solutions, and helping generate new business opportunities. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner. Introduce customers to LeafGuard and explain the benefits of its home improvement solutions. Ask questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through direct customer engagement. Schedule appointments for qualified homeowners to speak with a sales representative. Provide accurate information and answer customer questions. Build positive relationships while delivering an excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate customer and appointment information. Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals. Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities.

Key Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High School diploma. A positive, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable speaking with new people and starting conversations. Goal-oriented and motivated to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn and develop professionally. Why Us?
