• Solid Ground Wealth Advisors is a growing independent financial advisory firm helping individuals and families move from building wealth to living from it. We're adding a Client Services Specialist —a polished, organized, proactive team member who becomes a key point of contact for our clients. This isn't a receptionist role; the people who thrive here are "Swiss Army knives" who learn multiple functions and grow more valuable over time.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 Base + Bonuses What you'll do: Be a primary contact for calls, scheduling, and follow-up with prospective and existing clients Handle routine service requests—distributions, contributions, beneficiary changes, account updates Maintain accurate client records and workflows in our CRM Grow into new-business processing (Charles Schwab account openings, annuity applications via FireLight) Support seminars and client events What we're looking for: Exceptionally organized detail-oriented, warm, and teachable, with strong communication skills and discretion around confidential information. Administrative, client-service, banking, insurance, or financial-services experience is preferred; direct advisory experience is a plus but not required.
