Job Description

Answer phone calls / emails Take care of customers in showroom Scheduling service calls / deliveries / installs Help with quoting Vendor pricing updates Organize customer communication & interactions Other clerical responsibilities as assigned computer knowledge - Word, Excel (can train the right person on our POS and scheduling systems) Hours - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-4:30 and possible Saturdays 9-12 (some overtime during our peak season) We are a family owned business looking for an individual with excellent customer service, dependable, organized and willing to learn about the products we sell.
