Nicklas Supply, an employee-owned leader in plumbing, kitchen, and bath products, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines customer service, sales, and order processing in a fast-paced branch environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with product selection, pricing, and availability Process orders accurately, including payments and order entry Promote products, upsell, and support sales growth Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members Maintain product knowledge of plumbing supplies and industry trends Assist with inventory accuracy and stock organization Resolve customer issues, returns, and warranty claims professionally Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, jacks) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Qualifications Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and basic math skills Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation Additional Details Full-time, Monday-Friday (on-site) Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
