This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while coordinating timely and efficient dispatch of services. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Gather accurate information from customers regarding vehicle location, service needs, and emergency situations Schedule and dispatch towing and roadside assistance services to drivers and operators Monitor service calls and communicate status updates to customers Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and dispatch information Process payments, invoices, and customer transactions as required Coordinate with tow truck operators to ensure efficient routing and timely service delivery Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions Communicate with law enforcement agencies, municipalities, repair facilities, and insurance companies when necessary Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations Assist with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, towing, transportation, or logistics experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in computer systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
