Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing calls Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts Submitting/accepting client orders made via email or online Corresponding with clients/court personnel

Requirements:

College degree is preferred Previous experience in data entry or other related fields Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
