Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional purchases through upselling techniques. Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized and attractive store environment. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and replenishing products as needed. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Engage in product knowledge sharing and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn! Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or leading small shifts. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions.
