Job Description
Service Writer - Powersports Dealership The Service Writer serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department in a fast-paced, high-volume powersports dealership. Responsibilities include greeting customers, writing repair orders, scheduling service appointments, communicating repair estimates and updates, coordinating with technicians, processing warranty claims, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, able to multitask under pressure, and knowledgeable about off-road vehicles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:
