Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking to hire dedicated team members for our A & B packaging department shifts. Operators are required to set up and monitor equipment during operation. Depending on production demand operators on the A shift may be required to work up to two Saturdays a month on a rotating basis. Packaging operators are responsible for packaging of all finished product that is produced in the facility. Depending on the finished format products are packaged on one of three lines. When a line is not in operation team members will be moved to another part of the department as needed to help.
Requirements for the position:
Must have reliable transportation. Candidates must be willing to learn multiple pieces of equipment. (thermoformers, chamber machines, automated labelers, coding devices) Work in a cold environment (36-42 degrees) Capable of filling out required paperwork documenting process checks. Capable of working as part of a team. Capable of following directions from the line leads and packaging room supervisor. Capable of working and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
