Parking Guest Ambassador - Fast Park & Relax

: 651 Moon Clinton Road, Coraopolis, PA 15018 $18.00/hourShifts:
12pm - 12am Saturday & Sunday About the Role Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience. This position is essential to maintaining efficient traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and delivering outstanding service to all customers. Job Purpose To effectively coordinate and oversee parking operations in a designated area by directing traffic, monitoring parking activity, assisting guests, enforcing parking regulations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑managed environment. High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Experience:
Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field. Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism with diverse individuals. Ability to effectively handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts calmly and efficiently. Proficient in basic math and computer skills. Ability to read and interpret maps and directions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of parking procedures (preferred). Ability to operate two-way radios and other communication equipment. Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken). Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Benefits
