We are the in-house agency of the Fred Beans Auto Group (31 dealerships across PA, NJ, MD, and DE), writing through Travelers, Progressive, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, and National General. We'll train you. You bring the work ethic and the drive to win. What You'll Do This is an outbound, phone-forward role. You'll work a mix of campaigns across sales, retention, and service: Lead recovery : Call leads the sales team didn't reach and turn them into live quotes. Cancellation win-backs : Re-engage former customers whose policies cancelled and earn back their business. Bundle conversions : Call mono-line customers and offer a bundled quote for better coverage and savings. Renewal check-ins : Touch base with existing customers before renewal to protect retention. Claims follow-up : Check in after a claim and steer auto claims to a Fred Beans body shop. Sales hand-back : Connect customers with a total loss or replacement need to the right Fred Beans dealership. Learn the business : Insurance fundamentals, the auto industry, and professional communication — skills that compound over a career. Who We're Looking For We are open on background. Work ethic and coachability matter more than your résumé. Comfortable on the phone and able to hold a real conversation. Coachable, organized, and follow through on commitments. Competitive in a healthy way — you like seeing your numbers go up. Can pass a background check. P&C license encouraged and fully sponsored when you're ready, but not required to start. Compensation & Growth Total compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 in your first year, combining a competitive base salary with performance bonuses. Performance bonuses reward results — the more you produce, the more you earn. Career upside : our licensed Sales Agents earn $100,000+. The Career Track is the path to get there.
