Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries. Handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and maintaining a balanced register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store displays. Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
