With four locations and over 35 years of experience, we're committed to providing customers with a great furniture-buying experience. As a Customer Assistance Representative at our Dunmore location , you'll work closely with our Sales and store teams to assist customers, answer questions, manage orders, and help resolve concerns. This is primarily a part-time position, with scheduling needs subject to change and potential for additional hours. Responsibilities Assist customers by phone, email, and in person. Answer questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and our website. Resolve customer concerns and involve management when needed. Schedule deliveries and communicate with customers regarding their orders. Process credit card and financing transactions. Perform basic computer entry and administrative tasks. Maintain organized physical and electronic files. Keep showroom displays clean, organized, and properly tagged. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers. Strong communication and listening skills. Comfortable using computers and standard office equipment. Organized and able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
