About Us:

At Union Bay Risk, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional insurance services to our clients. We are committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction while offering innovative solutions that help our clients protect what matters most. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) or a Account Executive to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service and expert guidance on their commercial insurance needs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive timely, accurate, and professional service.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, including general liability, workers comp., commercial auto, excess, etc. Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner. Provide quotes and assist clients with policy renewals. Handle client requests via phone, email, interactions with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to resolve client issues and provide seamless service. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy updates in the agency management system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and company products to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications:

Insurance industry experience, specifically in commercial lines, is a plus. Must have or be willing to obtain an active Property and Casualty license. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
