Full Job Description Front Counter Service & Cashier:

Three Brothers Bagels storefront is located in Shaler Twp, PA in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. We offer a variety of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches as well as coffee and baked goods to our local community. Our store hours are Tuesday to Friday 7AM-2PM. Part time position is available.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Cashier is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high product quality in a fast paced environment. The position will be responsible for assisting customers with their food and drink order, following up with customer inquiries, and ensuring orders are picked up. Preparation of coffee, tea and cold beverage drinks. Assist in organizing online and delivery orders. Portioning prepared deli items and baked goods. Stock open air cooler and self service counter. Washing Dishes Closing shift cleaning. Must be available for entire shift starting at 6:30AM - 2:30PM. This position reports to the Owners/manager.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast paced environment Provide excellent, friendly customer service Strong communication skills Experience using Toast POS system is a plus
