Job Description
The main objective of this role is to provide customer service to our clients with product inquiries, addressing concerns, obtaining orders, and recommending substitutions when needed. Essential Job Functions The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing excellent customer service to all existing or potential clients in a proficient, fast, and friendly manner. Entering phone, email, requests and client inquiries in the ERP system. Gaining knowledge of clients and identifying needs for potential sales. Contacting clients directly for sale orders. Updating customer information as required. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations. Report any animal welfare related issues to management immediately. Report any potential Food Safety issues to management immediately. Report any damages to company vehicles, equipment, and buildings via maintenance work order software program. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Minimum Required Qualifications The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Minimum 2 years of equivalent customer service experience required. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and ability to work independently making decisions with minimum supervision. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to legibly write entries for record keeping. Ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously.
