Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll assist mortgage clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information on loan processes. This is a long-term contract position where your attention to detail and customer service expertise will be key to ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incoming calls from mortgage clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with accuracy.
• Conduct outbound calls to welcome new mortgage customers, explain services, and provide next steps in the loan process.
• Record and maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients by providing clear and thorough communication.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures during customer interactions.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the mortgage operations team.
