Entry Level Customer Support Representative

At Invictum, Inc., we are a business and sales firm in East Liberty, PA that works with AT&T's advanced technology and telecommunication services to bring awareness to businesses. We are looking for a full-time Entry Level Customer Support Representative who is adaptable to new innovative products and services and who will be able to educate businesses on the advancements of new services being introduced and available. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will be educated in product knowledge to provide assistance to businesses and customers with the information they need for support. The Entry Level Customer Support Representative will be able to execute our sales process, place orders, and focus heavily on our customers. Being a part of our Entry Level Customer Support Representative will allow you to provide services that are specialized directly to them, creating a superior experience and support in their new technology choice.

Entry Level Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

Work with customers and business owners to educate them on new services that are being installed and introduced in their area Communicate with business owners so that they are receiving the proper education they need on the services offered Developing a personalized strategy tailored to business needs Assist with processing sales and order confirmations for businesses, and keep track of deliveries Support businesses and address all inquiries in detail Utilizing product knowledge to understand features, highlight service benefits, and any promotions or upgrades available

Entry Level Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, customer support, sales, retail, hospitality, warehouse, or similar work experience is a plus A technology, wireless, and/or telecommunications background is a bonus Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to adapt in a diverse team environment, as well as work independently Time management skills Effective problem-solving skills
