Job Description

Salary Range:
Service Representative I and II Duties:
Responsible for assisting with customer requests via telephone and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner. Provides seamless service for any customer requests in accordance with established bank standards. Online banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking customer service and maintenance. For new and existing accounts, performs various assigned tasks related to the banks central file, account maintenance and new account processing. Responsible for setup, customer service, and processing electronic fund transfers for ACH and Wire processing. Responsible for setup, customer service, and processing of Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and Treasury Management Services. Completing reconcilements as assigned.
Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Moderate typing skills and moderate to advanced computer skills with knowledge of WORD and EXCEL required. Comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of prior banking experience required.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
