Job Description
Join our circulation team! The Daily News, Huntingdon County's #1 Source for local news, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to help subscribers with their newspaper subscriptions and perform a variety of office duties, including: Answering phones Greeting office visitors Responding to circulation phone calls or emails Submitting postal reports Sorting mail Making bank deposits Calling late-paying subscribers Publishing circulation system for appropriate publications Mailing subscription renewal invoices Helping the classified ad department when needed The job includes a competitive compensation plan which includes an hourly wage, bonuses and holiday pay. The benefits package includes medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and disability insurance. Hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends. 40 hours per week. If you have at least one year of customer service experience and you're an outgoing, dependable and highly motivated person with excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and phone skills, we want to hear from you immediately.
