Job Description
Monarch Veterinary Hospital is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing veterinary hospital. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available. This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience from check-in through checkout. ## Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner
- Process client check-in and checkout, including payment processing and invoicing
- Maintain and update client and patient records with accuracy
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, pricing, and follow-up care
- Provide administrative support to the veterinary team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area ## Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Prior customer service or veterinary front-desk experience preferred; candidates without direct experience will be considered and trained
