We're growing our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and making sure customers feel taken care of every step of the way. What You'll Do As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll be an important part of the customer experience and a key connection between our customers and our team. You'll help keep projects moving, questions answered, and customers informed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, energy, and a friendly attitude. Answer customer questions and provide timely updates on their projects. Keep customer information, project details, and communications accurate and up to date in our CRM and communication systems. Create positive customer interactions where people feel heard, valued, and well taken care of. Work closely with team members to understand customer needs and find effective solutions. Stay one step ahead by proactively communicating with customers throughout their project. Complete clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Follow up with customers after projects are completed to make sure they're satisfied with their experience. Provide backup support for our front desk coordinator and assist with incoming calls. What We're Looking For You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, personable, and ready to learn and grow. A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in and help. Customer service experience or experience in a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to connect comfortably with customers. Strong computer and technology skills. Accurate data entry and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized. A proactive, problem solving mindset. The ability to work independently while also being a great team player. $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
