Our client is seeking a motivated and outgoing Call Center Agent to join their expanding team in Lemoyne, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, making outbound calls, and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound telemarketing and cold calls to prospective customers.
Engage potential clients and introduce products and services.
Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
Schedule appointments and generate interest for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and call notes.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call activity goals.
Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction. Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound cold calls.
Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
