Duties & responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to, the following: Customer Service; answering a high volume of inbound calls to resolve customer questions Data Entry including order information Special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned Background Profile of the Customer Service Representative include: Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on Proven experience working in a call center environment Typing skills 60+ WPM Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Sales Force a plus! Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus!
