Customer Service Representatives act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging concerns that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Clerical McClellandtown, PA, US Customer Service Representative Noble Environmental Full-Time | Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm) Noble Environmental, located in McClellandtown, PA, is excited to expand its rapidly growing Customer Service Department. We are seeking experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. Customer Service Representatives serve as a liaison between our customers and the company—providing product and service information, resolving concerns with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Handle and manage a high volume of incoming calls related to billing, customer inquiries, and business development. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve and maintain high satisfaction. Provide accurate, complete information on every customer interaction. Follow all company protocols, guidelines, and policies as directed by leadership. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and call handling metrics. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts. Perform varied administrative and clerical duties as assigned. Maintain a polite, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times. Demonstrate reliable attendance, consistency, and a strong work ethic. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proven customer support or client services experience (preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Excellent phone communication and active listening skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Customer service-oriented with the ability to adapt to various customer types.
