Salary Range:

$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary

Demonstrated ability to explain complex coverage details in clear, everyday language. Experience managing a book of business or individual client relationships. Comfort using digital tools to track policy information and client communication. Strong organizational habits to manage daily follow-ups and inquiries. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred. Responsibilities Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business insurance needs. Design customized protection plans that reflect the specific goals of each policyholder. Guide clients through the claims process with patience and clear communication when they need help the most. Keep accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and policy updates. Maintain an active presence in the Mechanicsburg community to foster long-term trust and awareness of our services. Coordinate with our underwriting team to ensure every policy is accurate and meets company standards.
