RESPONSIBILITIES
Process payroll accurately and on time Answer client questions by phone and email Build strong relationships with assigned clients Assist businesses with payroll changes and reporting Work closely with teammates to solve problems Learn payroll laws and best practices through training
QUALIFICATIONS
Payroll experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person. Minimum 1 year of general office/clerical experience Must be experienced with MS Excel, Word and Outlook Unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail High level of professionalism and customer service skills required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable with a strong attendance record Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
