Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor Thomas Chevrolet - celebrating over 37 years of #1 Chevrolet Sales and Service Dealer in Delaware and Chester Counties. We are experiencing an opportunity of growth and seeks qualified applicants to fill the position of Service Advisor. Qualified applicants required to have experience as a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, able to motivate and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:

• Consult, understand and interpret customer service repair needs to technicians.
• Serve as the primary point of customer contact for all automotive service and repair requests.
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
• Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Exemplary customer service skills required.

Positions Requirements:

Prior Automotive Service Advisor Selling experience. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Oral communication skills The desire to provide excellent customer service. Previous dealership Service Advisor position a PLUS!
