Autobody Customer Service Front Office Representative

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUTO COLLISION ENVIRONMENT

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for upholding that tradition by: Greeting each customer as they come in to the shop. Answering phone calls and directing customers to the proper department. Handling customer inquiries and directing to the right department when necessary. Scheduling repairs and maintaining the schedule of repairs. Scheduling and maintaining rental cars and rental status through the computer program. Obtaining customer information and insurance company information and inputting into our computer system to make repair orders. Maintaining a complete and accurate file system of repair orders. Updating customers as instructed on repair process. Assisting in the delivery process of vehicles and collecting payments on repairs. Input of customer payments into accounting system Reconciling monthly parts invoices to parts statements Maintaining a neat and orderly front office appearance. Keeping counters and office equipment neat and orderly so as to present a professional environment at all times. Additional office duties as needed Must be dependable.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
