We're growing and seeking a motivated Inside Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to assist new and existing clients with their insurance needs. This role combines service and account management , offering a unique opportunity to help individuals protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or agency text. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general customer service. Process new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently (on behalf of our licensed agents) Identify cross-selling opportunities and work on marketing projects Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and timely follow-ups Stay current with industry trends, carrier guidelines, and product offerings Support the agency's growth by meeting service goalsQualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willing to obtain) preferred Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using Agency Management Systems, and standard MS Office tools Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a customer-first mindsetWhat We Offer:
