Cashier/Customer Service

Join the EuroOptic team as a Cashier / Customer Service Associate , where you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer. This position is the front line of our showroom—responsible for accurate transactions, customer check-in, and ensuring every guest is taken care of from arrival to checkout. You'll work closely with the sales team to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining the high standard of service EuroOptic is known for. Key Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist with check-in using our queue system (Waitwhile) Accurately process transactions including cash, card, and financing options Handle customer pickups for online and in-store orders efficiently and professionally Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department Maintain a clean, organized checkout and front desk area Assist with basic merchandising tasks, including repricing and restocking, during slower periods Support the sales floor by helping manage customer flow and ensuring no customer is overlooked Follow all company policies related to cash handling, compliance, and customer service standards Qualifications & Skills Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries confidently Willingness to work weekends and peak retail hours Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed Why Join EuroOptic Be part of a fast-paced, high-end retail environment Work alongside a knowledgeable and passionate team Gain experience with industry-leading products and systems Opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding company If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to have you on board.
