This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, accurate order processing, and timely follow‑through. This position plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth, maintaining customer relationships, and driving operational excellence within Fenner's sales organization. Responsibilities Customer & Sales Support Manage inbound customer inquiries, including requests for quotes, order status, and product information Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth Provide timely and accurate quotes, pricing, and product information Support outside sales and sales managers with account management and follow‑up Order Management & Execution Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment Track orders and proactively communicate updates or issues to customers Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating as needed Lead Management & Sales Growth Support lead qualification and follow‑up activities to drive conversion Identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and account expansion Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity within CRM systems Assist in pipeline tracking and reporting Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to support customer needs Provide feedback on customer trends, product needs, and market insights Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience Contribute to sales initiatives, campaigns, and ongoing business development efforts What We're Looking For… We're seeking a team member who: 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
