Description Develop a basic understanding and the applications for our product offering. Assist the Outside Sales team to expand relationships with our current customers. Collaborate with the manufacturers on pricing, terms, quotes, and availability of product. Focus on retaining customers and building repeat sales. Organize, prioritize, and strategically plan your work. Process and expedite orders and follow up on shipping commitments to insure delivery. Handle correspondence with customers and vendors. Focus on timely communication with a sense of urgency. Send order confirmations to the customer and our outside salesmen. Notify our key customers of pending price increases. Communicate special promotions and offers to our customers. Cross train with our other Inside Sales personnel to fill in on vacations and sick days.
Long term goal:
