About Us Xpert Dental Lab is a modern digital dental laboratory specializing in fixed restorations, implants, and full-arch restorations. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and continuous education to our dental partners. We are looking for an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Customer Service & Case Coordinator. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Respond to emails and customer inquiries Assist dental offices with case status updates Coordinate communication between doctors and technicians Schedule pickups and deliveries when needed Case Management Receive incoming cases and verify prescriptions Enter cases accurately into the laboratory management system Print work orders and prepare cases for production Track cases throughout production Prepare completed cases for shipping or pickup Record outgoing shipments and update tracking information Administrative Duties Maintain organized case records Scan and upload documents File prescriptions and supporting documents Assist with inventory and office organization Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications Preferred:
Dental office or dental laboratory experience Knowledge of dental terminology Familiarity with digital workflows is a plus
Required:

Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
