Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the medical manufacturing, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting the internal team and external customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (some flexibility) What's the Job? Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses. Verify order details and customer information before processing and sending order confirmations. Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the company system and validate information for order processing. Coordinate with the Shipping Department on complex orders, including multiple packages or heavy shipments, communicating with customers as needed. Review and resolve pending price discrepancies and process order changes or cancellations efficiently. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. Proficiency with computer systems and general business software. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
