Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries. Process customer orders. Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required. File maintenance. Continuous improvement of knowledge of products and services Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed Provide assistance to other departments as requested by management.

Must Haves:

MS Office proficiency Great organizational skills and multi-tasking Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
