Job Description

Love Helping People as Much as You Love Animals? The Montgomery County SPCA is hiring immediately for multiple Client Services positions at both our Conshohocken and Perkiomenville locations. We are seeking dependable, compassionate candidates with availability across all shifts. Full-time availability is strongly preferred. As the first point of contact for visitors, adopters, volunteers, and community members, you'll create a welcoming experience while guiding people through some of life's happiest—and sometimes most emotional—moments. Shelter experience is A+ but even if you have no shelter experience, it's no problem! If you have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for helping people and animals, and a willingness to learn, we will train the right person. Our Mission Since 1909, the Montgomery County SPCA has been dedicated to protecting animals from cruelty, providing compassionate care, finding loving homes, and strengthening the bond between people and pets. When you join MCSPCA, you become part of a mission—not just a job. Starting Pay This is an hourly, non exempt role with a pay rate ranging $17 to $23, based on experience. Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour

This position may require weekends and schedules outside of a traditional Monday-Friday workweek. Are you able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that involves answering phones, assisting clients in person, responding to questions, completing paperwork, and managing multiple priorities at the same time? "Do you have previous animal shelter, rescue, veterinary, or other relevant hands-on animal care experience?" This role requires working Thursday, Friday, and Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Are you able to work this schedule?
